Steelhead trout - a natural cross between ocean trout and salmon, this fish is wonderfully rich-bodied and mildly flavored. It arrives on Thursday, Dec. 10.

RUBYFISH:  It’s WILD caught from clean, pristine waters in New Zealand.  VERY tasty.  Mild and just a little sweet.  Only a few pin bones.  Really nice fish.  Stands up to many applications.

Ocean Trout - making a repeat appearance in response to high demand. This fish was caught off the coast of Faroe Island.

Faroe Islands Ocean Trout has a rich, satisfying flavor and a smooth texture. With a high fat content and thick belly wall, this fish is great for grilling and sashimi.

Branzino (Loup De Mer) - need we even tell you about this sea bass, so succulent you run a risk of sucking your fingers off the bone when you eat it?

Kosher kalamata olives (both pitted and sliced) are available at Gordon's. So too are four kinds of soy sauce. Lots of other exotic groceries are available on Gordon's shelves, like organic agave syrup and organic tahini, gluten-free shmaltz herring and gluten-free rice noodles, panko bread crumbs and dairy-free tempura mix.
