CHEESE PLATTER Our cheese platters are Cholov Yisroel Kosher and are a combination of American and imported cheeses, such as in the examples below: The platter above features Morbier "Ash" Cheese, Brie, sliced American cheese, and Bell, among others. Cheddar and Mozarrella are prominent in the picture below, accomponied by mini Bell, and Camembert, as well as Morbier. 
And the next platter features Emmental with Yellow American, Brie, Muenster,and mini Bell 
| Our popular items like Poached Salmon and Smoked Fish Platter, as well as a variety of salads, main dishes, and fruit-and-cheese platters are a delight to your palate. We love a good party. We understand that good food is more than 50% of a good party, and we love serving great food.
While catering a wedding or a school banquet is not in our profile, throwing together a backyard BBQ or setting up a reception buffet, is what we are really good at.
Charity receptions, sponsored Kiddushim, elegant Brisim, office parties. Gordon’s Fish has got both experience and positive reviews, and we know what it takes to make your affair remarkable.
And here comes the biggest surprise: it doesn’t have to be fish! Our talented staff’s know-how is not limited by fish and related products, like bagels and cream cheese. Oh, no! We are keen on making delightful fruit and cheese platters, omelet and blintzes stations, pastas and salads.
Looking to have some outdoor fun? Southern California’s weather permitting, our grilling crew will set up a six-foot BBQ Grill in your backyard or another area of your choice. We’ll marinate the steaks and chicken wings, brine chicken quarters, soak the skewers, and offer you a concoction of sauces, from mild to STEAMING, for your palate’s delight.
Of course, pescaderian choice, or even vegan style offerings are within our reach, too. Vegan BBQ? We offer mushroom patties, eggplant burgers, and veggie kabobs made of colorful peppers, among other items from our tried and proven menu. Pescavegan-themed buffet? Salad bar overflowing with 15 aromatic and multi-colored salads, stuffed vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, grape leaves), mushroom caps stuffed with fragrant mixture of roasted veggies and pine nuts, will compete for attention with smoked trout in horseradish dressing and wine-poached salmon with our own honey-mustard sauce.
