Past class information:

July 12, at 5pm, here at Gordon’s Fish.

This lively presentation and lip-smacking dinner was given by Ms Deborah Klein, MS, RD, who is a livitician. Pronounced LIV –e-TISH-an, this fancy word means someone who’s “an expert in educating and inspiring people to achieve optimal health through nutrition and balanced eating without deprivation”.

This class was a huge success! Thank you, Deborah!

She has prepared a baked halibut dinner with whole wheat cous cous to be chased with her original Energizer Shake.

Our own livitician "provided optimal eating information on how to increase your metabolism, and keep your body lean and energized!"

Thank you to all participants.
