We are happy to bring to your attention our next two cooking classes. The classes are meant to inspire your cooking talent, as well as to teach you recepies and techniques until now only availble to professional chefs.

Who: Chef Motti Polityko: In his experience of working with and around celebrity chefs in famous kitchens from Beverly Hills to Las Vegas, and from high in Canadian ski resorts down to Arizona desert golf courses, Motti has accumulated an interesting blend of cooking and presentation techniques, nutrition and health information, and stories and anecdotes to fill up a book. A dynamic speaker, Motti infuses his presentation with health tips, shopping suggestions, and kosher (albeit unsolicited)advice.
What: Class 1:
With Motti's help, learn to create a wonderful presentation on a plate, which in addition to satisfying the whims of the pickiest eater in your company, will provide him with wholesome, nutritious, and balanced meal. The class will cover most recent developments in nutritional science, recomended vitamin and mineral intakes and how to find them on your plate, healthful carb to protein ratios, etc.
Menu to be presented:
Garden Mix Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Poached Organic Salmon
Steamed veggie medley
Curried brown rice
Cost: $35 per person, $90 for a group of three.
Class 2:
Gordon’s Annual Grilling class is scheduled for Sunday, August 3. Use this opportunity to spend an afternoon outdoors, in a company of like-minded friends who all long to acquire a new grilling skill, enjoy some freshly barbequed food, and learn the difference between a grill and a BBQ. Cedar planks will be used, as well as South African spices.
A professional chef will make his fabulous and delicious presentation at 11AM at a secret back yard here in Pico-Robertson area.
Registration $45 and includes lunch. Kids under 14 $10, but they gotta be old enough not to run into the grill.
