We offer a full range of services for Passover. Our entire facility goes through rigorous cleaning, and subsequent koshering. We kosher our grinder, knives and counters, and replace the cutting boards with special "Passover" ones.

Our classic combination for gefilte fish is a mixture of whitefish, pike, and buffalo carp. We will happily grind the fish for you, and reserve the bones and heads for the soup. We can grind the onions and carrots, too. We can even cook the fish for you; either in loaves or balls. Please let us know how you wnat your fish by filling out a form on your right. We will confirm your order and ask follow up questions (if needed) within 24 hours, excluding Shabbos.
